We're free.  We're free.  We're free at last!  From the old GT.  Okay just wanted to try that out.  Having a particularly bad bout of insomnia tonight.  I took one sleeping pill but if I take another one I'll never wake up in the morning. grrrrrrrrrrrrr

You do NOT want to take a 2nd sleeping pill!!!
Do you have a recliner? Try stretching out in it, pull a comforter up, and snuggle into a nice, happy daydream. Hopefully that will get you back to sleep.

 Czech, I take three mg pills.  At one point my insurance decided that I should not be on the max dose and cut me back to 1 mg.  The doctor said she had to try them.  I lasted two nights.  Then she called in the 3 mg.  I still have the 1 mg and if I have a particularly bad night or stressful time I take one of the 1 mg to supplement.  It's once in a blue moon and works every time.  I just don't take them too close to the time I normally would be getting up.

So far, my Friday has consisted of sterilizing bottles and watching my son try oh so hard to pull himself up on the couch. He just started crawling. Walking can wait another couple months :P

Chef, soon you will not be able to keep up with him. From crawling to running in such a short time, you will be astounded.

DH is taking me out for our anniversary tonight. Tomorrow is our actual date, but we are taking all the grand's so DD and her DH can have an "away" weekend. Their anniversary is today. Yup, she picked a date right next to good old mom and dad's date.
Next year will be our 40th. DD says she is planning a party..

I got off work two hours early and would have loved to take a nap but instead vacuumed the entire house, did dishes and laundry.

 He's a good mix of both. I must have really strong genes though. I was comparing baby pics of Lil Dude, myself, and my dad a couple of weeks or so ago and there's a striking resemblance between the three of us as babies. Lil Dude also looks a lot like Daddy as a baby. I have a pic of them as babies with the same expression on their faces.
