Is it from a dance routine? Is she going to be dancing in it?

If so then no. Dancing competitions is something in which you need to see how the body is moving.

If she is wearing it to a ball game then yes.

Context makes all the difference.

I hope Chloe can find a dance group that doesn't involve Abby. I'm amazed at how she is treated. For dancing, I don't mind the outfit - it's a costume, and has more coverage than your average bathing suit. I can't imagine where else she would wear it, though.

if it is a costume, then I can see the outfit being appropriate. It looks as if it is made of costume material so let's hope that is the only place she is wearing it.

I personally think the suggestive pose is more of the issue. That and they way she is sucking in her stomach. She has a beautiful muscular body that hasn't hit puberty yet. She has no reason to suck in her stomach. I am curious if she did that on her own or if someone told her to. Either way, it's an eating disorder in the making.

She is way too sexualized in this picture. That is my big issue with it. Dance costumes frequently show more than regular clothes. This pose, etc is where the problem lies. That and her mother's inability to parent her and make her remove it from her FB, or her mother's cluelessness as to why it's inappropriate.

These little girls are always caked in make up. Even when they 6 or 7 years old. All for the camera. I think if Chloe has issues it's because of her mother. She never shuts up. Goes on and on about how unfair Abbey is. How mean Abbey is. How Abbey doesn't pay attention to Chloe. . .Well then LEAVE!

I have seen this show a few times. And the other dance shows cause I was really curious if the crazy was across the board, the answer is yes.

But I start getting red in the face when I hear one or two of the moms start talking about how their daughter wont do a certain move or wear a certain outfit because of the message it will send, how it looks and how they don't approve. And all this is said in the glassed off room or on the street corner. Then they don't say anything to the instructor.

Why make a fuss and complain and then not say or do anything about it.

Costumes can be modified. I know and I understand the need for easy of movement, for the thing to stay where it is, and to be out of the way. I know this. I understand it.

But I have seen dancers perform in what is basically a thong and pasties.

I have been kind of watching DWTS this season and I love the dances and costumes they have this year. It was getting raunchy but it seems to be gaining a nice balance.

I especially like Sadie Robertson and the way they have taken her age and beliefs into consideration.
