Back to work after vacation. Boo! Mondays always suck in my department so I know it will be normal. Thinking about taking call Thanksgiving weekend because it will be big bucks, bet maybe I won't. Biggest decision of the day is will I attempt my first spinning class before Zumba or not. Have a great day all!

I have today off because Dad has a doctor's appointment with his new doctor (recently changed insurances).  Nice to sleep in - not.  Woke up at 5 a.m. which used to be 6 a.m. which is now... oh forget it, lol!

Morning everyone. I need fall footwear. I've been looking on line for shorter boots. Not ankle boots though. Every cute pair I find are $300+. I have expensive taste it seems. I may be wearing sandals all winter at this rate.

I don't think we have Ross.  We have TJ Maxx which is ok sometimes & Marshalls which always seems junky & messy to me.

I am going to go hang out at the walk-in clinic this morning. Hopefully will get a referral to a good new doctor. Then I have a massage this afternoon! I will have a few hours to kill, so I think I will take my bookstore gift card with me in case I have time to stop!

Just made hamburgers for DH for lunch - and now I get to give him dessert!

I held back 3 tiramisu mini eclairs from yesterday's Chocolate & Chimes (bell performance), so he'll be happy for the rest of the afternoon. I also made peach mousse in (homemade) chocolate mini cups, and PNB Horns (Bugles filled with PNB, then dipped in melted chocolate). I'm tired, my ankles are still swollen from all the standing (for the performance); don't think I'll get much done today.

I still think for the money, Publix has the BEST deli sandwiches here, and you can pre order online and pick them up without waiting at the deli counter!
