A plastic surgeon in New York City thinks he's about ready to unveil the next big thing in breast augmentation.

He's already invented the Insta Breast - a saline injection that instantly increases breast size and lasts about 24 hours.

Initially, it was intended for patients considering augmentation surgery, so they could get a feel for the size and weight of their newer, larger breasts.

But then he had patients asking for an extra cup size for social reasons.

Now, he's thinking about expanding the technology to last a week, maybe a little longer for wedding/honeymoon combos, a week at the beach, things like that.

He figures he'll have something marketable by 2016.

And no, gentleman, he's not selling Vacation Breasts in kit form for the do-it-yourselfers...

I've heard about that. There are some potential complications like weakening your breast muscles, etc. Just put on a padded bra if it's that important. Sheesh.

So far, this sounds very weird. I can't picture any way to inject saline solution so it won't dissipate into the body in minutes. Or seconds.

And if it's injected in sufficient volume to expand an internal structure, it would likely be PAINFUL.

This guy might call himself a "doctor" but it sounds like a scam to me.
