And this makes me feel so very sorry them.

NOT!

Seems this is proof they incited the riot and should be charged with it.

I think it shows the character of this thug. He was raised by these people. These are obviously not peace loving, law abiding citizens.

Yeah, this kid was a thug. The police were after him FOR ROBBING A STORE!! It wasn't like he was some innocent black kid standing in the street and just got shot. He robbed someone! They raised a thief and a thug. They don't seem to be able to admit that. And, flame away if you want, but these people are so ghetto. Every minute of every day they show it.  No that is not what he said.  What he said was most police departments are staffed proportionately with the local population.

 No business person in their right mind would establish a business there for years to come.  Idiots - the protesters that is.  But my guess is most were already on some type of welfare anyway which is why they could protest rather than going to work.
