Mellow Momma- I watch them all the time. Some of the homebuyers drive me nuts. When they go to a house that needs work, already knowing that it will all be changed, they get all stupid saying I don't like the wall paper, it's not open concept, etc. Um, that's why you are on the show, to by a fixer upper and make it what you want. But I still love that show lol

Hi Shadow - I used to be addicted to HGTV. I loved Candace & Genevieve & Holmes & Property Brothers & I think it was called Love it or Leave it. I finally burned out from watching so much. I still watch Property Brothers reruns on the weekend sometimes.

I like to watch HGTV. I like the shows where they look at property all over the world. I think it is House Hunters and House Hunters International. I love seeing how other people live what a 3 bedroom goes for in different places around the world.

What we call a nice back yard is a lot different than what is called a nice back yard in another country.

 I know!! What did they expect ? My favorite is when Jonathan says "unfortunately the only thing we absolutely cannot change is the paint color. That is permanent". Lol. Hysterical. 

 

I don't understand why they don't get a home inspection. It seems they always have issues that are "surprises" and challenge the budget. A lot of those surprises could be uncovered in a home inspection. I am sure they do it for the drama of it all, but it irritates me anyway!
