I will try really hard to explain this right, so I have Safari, and when I have a window open the upper bar (that says file, edit, view, etc) keeps hiding itself unless I hover my mouse up there. Does anyone know how to make it show all the time? Or does anyone even know what the eff I am talking about?

I don't use that browser. So I do know the eff what you are talking about. I have chrome and it is much less user friendly than IE w/r to menus, but better for browsing!
