I can't sleep either. I want to, but my baby won't go to back to sleep. Its hard to be patient when you're tired.

I'm excited! My husband might be home late late late tonight! I haven't seen him in 3 weeks.

I find it completely amusing that husker used "oh for fvcks sake" twice, on two separate threads.

I haven't wrapped any presents even though I had good intentions. I might just throw bows on all the amazon boxes and call it good.

Driving a friend to the airport at 2. Yeah, he's pushing the boundaries of our friendship but it's Christmas, fa la effin la and all that.

Just got back from Central Market. Dropped $104 on a 5 pound Rib Roast for Christmas dinner. I hope that sucker is worth it!wink

Still have to get the rest of the groceries, and finish wrapping the presents.

Thanks for almost giving me a heart attack, Flan! I read the title as Christmas Eve the first time. I thought "how the hell did I lose a day!" LOL!

Nephews are coming today to make some Christmas goodies, and home health will be coming to do one final physical therapy and release me.

I'm also having my dad come over and get a bunch of boxes so he can wrap my nephews' ITunes gift cards. He likes to wrap several boxes and put them in a bigger box and to use tons of tape. So I figured I'd make them work to get at the cards.

Good afternoon!

We may go to the zoo tomorrow! Yep. In the cold. Half off tomorrow and they are all dolled up for Christmas too. It could be fun. I just need to find a wheel chair. But the rain might stop us. We will see.

Hope every is enjoying this time.

Yesterday, I took the girls with me and we went to town for a while. I wanted to see if any of the Christmas stuff was on sale yet. (I got a 6.5 tree $40 tree for $28.) Also got everyone Christmas PJs, all on sale. And then the grocery store. It wasn't terrible yesterday. Busy but people were very pleasant.

But while we were out, we passed a hearse on duty. Made me sad.

My brother is still hanging around and not really doing the shopping like he needs to. I don't know what his kids will have to open Christmas morning.

Heading off to the dog park with the little one. Even though it is raining. And then to Michael's for craft supplies. Need 4 new crochet hooks, a new set of knitting needles and various yarns so that I can do all the projects I have on my list. I need something to keep me busy while I'm at work over Christmas!

We aren't doing Christmas till the 26th so it's not even Christmas eve eve for us. DH and I spent the day yesterday wrapping all the Mommy and Daddy gifts. We had already wrapped all of SS's gifts, both from us and from Santa, earlier so that is done. Now all we have are a few Santa gifts to wrap and we're done. We're hoping to finish that today and run to the grocery store because they're having a good sale.

Independent movie theaters based in New York and Atlanta said Tuesday they plan to be among the first in the nation to screen "The Interview" — the controversial North Korea satire — beginning Christmas Day.
