If I can just get through this week. If I can just get through this week. If I can just get through this week. I can do it? Right? Right?

You can do it! Just finished working. All curled up in the lounge with a blanket from the warmer. Should be able to get 3 hours sleep before people start showing up.
I am up, and actually mostly awake. I allowed myself to fall asleep at about 9 last night. I hate when I do that because that's so much lost time. But I love the extra sleep. It's a once in a while treat I give myself
Our annual inventory is Wednesday, so today is the close of December. Busy day ahead for me. Co-worker and I have been trying to work ahead, so we'll see if we can actually get it done without having to be there too late. Fingers crossed!

Once again just me & the boss at work today. It is sort of slow except one client needs a rental car by 11:00. It is now 10:30 & I am waiting for the adjuster to call me back. I'm afraid I am going to have a very unhappy client.
I have to go to work today. Not fair. Not right. Not cool.
Actually, it is cool. As in cold. It's -9 out right now and the high today is supposed to be 3. Great.
I feel your pain. It was -12 here this morning, with a wind chill of -28. There is no way in he11 I'm sticking my nose outside until it is at least 0. Hmm, I may be stuck inside all day...

Faith isn't something that keeps bad things from happening. Faith is what helps us get through bad things when they do happen.
Thank you all. I don't know. Its been happening more frequently and getting worse over the last year. Its not really them fighting either. Its more like Maggie (big dog) flips and attacks Molly (little dog). At first it would just scare her, then the next time she ended up bruised, then last month her eye got nipped, we just got that healed and now this. Last time there really wasnt a reason, they were just near each other-which is normally fine, they are usually friends- and this time they were outside so I didnt see it start.

I would not survive with those temps! I'm wimpy.
It's up to 1 now so that's awesome! Lol and it's very very sunny outside. where I grew up, it is gray all day every day. It's so sunny here, I love it. I can deal with the cold when the sun is shining. It makes all the difference. Also, it is a dry cold which sounds funny. The air is really dry, which makes it less of a damp cold. Damp is worse IMHO.
NAOW - I hope your doggies are feeling better. Yikes! Starting the day off at the vet isn't fun. Especially when it's cold out.

Poor little Molly. You might need to keep them separate so that Maggie doesn't do some serious damage to her.
We just got home. Molly is going to stay at the vet today so they can keep an eye on her. They got her all fixed up but she the Vet is concerned that there could be some neurological damage. She is really drooly on her right side and keeps tilting her head that way and sticking her tongue out, like she is trying to cough or vomit. Vet said it could just be from pain, but it's not normal so she wants to watch her. Because of that she didn't want to sedate her, but luckily Molly was really good and let her fix her up without it. I'm not even sure what they did, if they did stitches or not.
Dh and I are not sure what to do. Both dogs usually have the run of the house, and when we are gone we put them outside together. We will have to figure out some way to keep them separate- I guess all of the time, since there is really no rhyme or reason to what triggers it.
42 here and were going to do some returns and get something to eat and fill my car up.
Gas is hovering around $2 a gallon here and I have a fuel perk for .70 cents off up to 20 gallons. That will fill the van right up.
Have to see if we get into something else.
I wish I had a job to go to. I miss working. Miss feeling productive.
Hope Molly gets better and you can figure out what is going on. Some times when a dog gets older they can have dementia and other problems. Might want to have the other dog checked. I would hate for one of the girls to get hurt. I know you are not going to let that happen. Just thinking "out loud" here.
Hope everyone has a great day.

Maggie is usually the sweetest, most docile dog ever. She is very submissive to us.
I did ask the Vet if I should be worried, because Maggie is DD6's dog. They are best friends and inseparable. The Vet said that she doesn't think there is anything to worry about, she thinks it's just dog scuffles. If Maggie ever showed aggression to a human then we would re evaluate.

Good. Glad to hear it.
