Good afternoon.

We are taking dad out tonight to celebrate his birthday. His birthday is actually the 4th but he and mom are going out of town for 2 weeks or more and wont be here.

Got to find him something today. I have no idea what.

It's raining.

We got the stuff of the white tree and boxed up. Will do the big tree in the den tomorrow. It has a lot more things to take off and put away. I think I need a few smaller boxes to hold things.

Payday for me too! I'll actually get a bigger check this week than I've gotten since October. I worked a whopping 20 hours the last 2 weeks. Partly due to the fact that the other librarian got sick last week and I worked full shifts this week.

I wanted to get up and try to get my driver's license renewed this morning, but I didn't get up until 11:30. I wanted to at least drive to the place and see how far I had to walk to get into the building. I'm doing better walking, but I don't want to get to the office and be struggling to stand, because when I called a couple of weeks ago to see if I could get an extension, she said if I looked like I was struggling, I would have to drive. I explained to her I was in the hospital since mid-October and was just a few weeks out from surgery, but since the Dr. had released me to drive, she couldn't extend it. So I may drive on an expired license for a few weeks until I'm able to walk farther.

Good morning/afternoon. I've done a ton already this morning. Having friends over for football tomorrow so making a crap ton of food. Dog sitting and mopping up mud every 30 minutes. All plants watered and pruned. Brought a space heater over to my friend since it was 29 here and her heater isn't working.

Oughtta be working got me the cutest bowls in my favorite colors, plum and terra cotta, and I'm using them tomorrow. They are my favorite gift by far. Just perfect! I love looking at them and I'm happy I get to show them off.

Lily, my daughters birthday is the 4th as well. She's my most challenging kid...right now she has me on the silent treatment. She doesn't know it, but it's a relief when she gives me a break...lol. I wonder if it's her sign? Either way, happy birthday to your dad.

I only had a bowl of pinecones out as Christmas deco, so easy to put away. I keep the lights on my ficus all year.

One of my coworkers is being such a nasty bitch to me. What did I do? Traded call with someone and she's pissed because she wanted part of Saturday but doesn't want to train another person. Now she isn't taking call at all and they just booked a case so she's out about 3 hours call pay. We are the only two working and she won't even give me the information. I had to go get it from the front desk. They called and she wouldn't even hand me the phone. This is the person I gave money to several weeks ago. I know she knows it was me. Hostile ungrateful bitch!
