Yeah, I know, I'm usually the one to GIVE help, but this is for locating a recent recipe.

Within the last 14 days, I saw a recipe (Mr. Food?  Betty Crocker?  America's Test Kitchen?)  for a slow cooker pot roast with brussels sprouts.  Well, I bought the meat, and the sprouts, and now I can't find the recipe!!!  Since I don't remember the actual title they used, I'm having an awful time looking for it.

The picture showed the cooked roast, with the (bright green) sprouts arranged towards the bottom of the plate.

Any help would be GRATEFULLY appreciated!

Were the brussels cooked in the slow cooker? I can't see having bright green coming out of a slow cooker. Pressure cooker, maybe?

As I recall, it was a slow cooker - the sprouts were probably added half-way through the cooking time.

I'm not finding it either. This was as close as I could find to what you are describing but it uses pork chops. I'm sure that something similar could be done with a pot roast.
