We're getting a foot of snow tomorrow.

I'm bummed because I usually babysit Little Man after work on Mondays so DD can work. DD's shop will probably be closed due to the storm.

Missed him last Monday too.

Better day today for me. Feel like I can cope somewhat. Or at least distract myself from the emotional angst with football.

Off to grocery shopping. Gotta beat the Superbowl partiers. Stay away from the chip and soda aisle.

What? You want the Super Bowl on Saturdays?
I agree.

We have between 3 and 4 inches of new snow, which isn't bad, but the darn wind!! There is no point in shoveling the walk or driveway off yet, it would blow back in within minutes. And it wasn't suppose to get this cold! We had -4 degrees this morning with this gosh awful wind. I'm not a happy camper this morning. evileye

On the up side, DS called and we got to hear DGS oooing and aaahing when he heard our voices. Made our day for us. smile

Cheering for the Seahawks today, just because DH said so. wink  DS is cheering for the Pat's. Makes for a good round of hee hawing between father and son. wink

By the way, it's the first of FEBRUARY! Another month closer to SPRING!

I hope everyone has a great day and for our northeastern geeks, stay safe!

When we lived in Indiana and the Colts were in the Super Bowl, the kids all had Monday off of school. It was strange.

I will be doing some more spring cleaning around here. Getting ready for company this coming weekend ! DH is hosting a major tournament for college coaches to come watch his teams and over 100 coaches are coming. Our best friends are coming and staying with us and we will have company in and out the whole week.
