The description shows this product was added on April 17, 2014. If it sells, why pull it when he hasn't been convicted? Innocent until proven guilty.

 April of 2014 is well after the date of his arrest.  He has been held in jail the whole time because of the compelling evidence.  I do think Ed is correct and that Sears is trying to make a buck of the criminal story.  Why else would they market these jerseys?  Sears is on the cusp of closing, maybe this is a sort of hail mary play for profits.

He sure does.  It looks like an open and shut case.

Except that millionaires can buy very good defense attorneys. He has one of the top firms in Boston.

We'll see. 

But this is not his only murder charge. So if they don't get him on one, they'll probably get him on the other.

I have no idea who he is. I wouldn't buy anyone's jersey anyway.

But business is business.

If they bought the product, they will try to at least get what they put into it.

I hadn't really been following the story. But it is so sad. He had the world by the tail & then commits murder possibly two for no reason. I just don't understand why he would throw his whole life away.
