I don't have any thing in particular planned.

It is my brother's birthday and he and the kids are supposed to be here. So we will probably do something for him.

C has planned to make dinner with her boyfriends mom. Then she and her BF will go down stairs to his study and have dinner together and his parents are going to have dinner upstairs in the dinning room.

You will never guess what she is giving him for a gift. She bought him a new study bible and had his name engraved on it. And she got him a stuffed qualia bear. He doesn't know this whole thing is happening. She and his mom have planned this.

What are Ya'll doing?

I won tickets for the craft fair in Savannah so we will make a day of it. The bible sounds like a lovely gift. The Christian book store is on my list of places to go Saturday.

I bought each of the kids and DH a card. I got a card for the kids to give DH. I bought a plastic table cloth with XX's and OO's on it. I bought a bunch of Mylar balloons. I have already made heart shaped burgers and we have them in the freezer. I'm going to make some heart shaped bacon to go on them. I'm making heart shaped potato pancakes to go with them and then we'll have some veggies. Don't know what yet. We'll hang out at the house.

I bought each one a tiny box of chocolates. And I'm making cupcakes and using the cream cheese and whipping cream recipe.

Maybe delivery from Ying Café. I don't really want to fight the crowds to eat out. (Don't want to cook, either.)biggrin

Already got chocolates for Wayne and the kids. And a funny card for Wayne.

Nothing really planned, yet.

Ours is always low key too. We never eat out on Valentines Day. I always cook some heart themed food. It's fun.

I understand.  I used to get up and do heart shaped eggs and pancakes.  Then made heart shaped sandwiches for lunch.  Then a heart shaped pizza or meatloaf or something for dinner.  Now I just cook a nice dinner so I've really cut down!

Since I do not have an SO, it will be a regular day for me.

I will do my usual visits with friends.  It is my turn to get dinner for my friends and I (we take turns every week), but not sure what dinner will be yet.

That's about it.  So exciting.  Not.  biggrin

Bought Godiva chocolates for Mr. FNW and a card. Cards and treat bags made up for the boys. Bottle of champagne chillin' and card for grandparents to enjoy while they stay with the boys so Mr. FNW & I can go out. Club has an annual VD dinner with live entertainment. This will be our 12th time celebrating VD at the club. They do a nice job, food is excellent, and it's not crowded. Very romantic.

DGS's 13th birthday is Friday. So we will be celebrating a special birthday along with Valentine's Day. A local basketball game on Friday night and then a movie on Saturday night.
DH and I will exchange mushy cards and chocolate. Life is good.

Not a darn thing. We don't do Valentines day. I think I will finish up my bathroom and he will probably work on de-winterizing the boat.

We usually just stay home and I make a nice dinner. This year, there is a Big Band Dinner Dance at the Omni, the bandleader is a friend of ours, and we are going to that. Some friends of ours will also be there.

It's just another busy Saturday for us. DD10 and I have stamp club in the morning, and then Baby J has a birthday party to go to at Chuckie Cheese (KILL ME NOW) and then DD10 has a sleepover birthday party to go to. DH and I are taking Baby J out to dinner and shopping because she is DEVASTED she doesn't get to go to the twin's sleepover party. The fact that she is at their house every day means nothing to her.

We aren't doing anything. Neither one of us is very big on V-Day. I figure if you have to wait for Feb. 14 to let me know you love me, I can do without. And you couldn't drag me out of the house for dinner on that evening. Luckily, we talked it over, and he feels the same way :)

However, since it IS our first V-Day together, I might get him a token gift. Some candy or something. I haven't decided.

Just another Saturday for me. Like Trudy, I'll be drinking. I did order Sheri's Berries for my mom & aunt. I don't usually give gifts on V-Day but I thought it would be a nice surprise for them. My aunt is staying with my mom for a bit because of her surgery (aunt's).
