 We have never been really super big on celebrating Valentines Day.  We cook at home and that is all.  I think he was worried about money but I know he bought me a card today.  He's just him...  He'll talk a big game and then go do it.

DH combined my Birthday and Valentine's gifts this year - a GINORMOUS orchid plant, with four stalks of blossoms! I've got two cards for him - I'll put one on the counter in the bathroom he uses so he'll see it first thing in the morning, and I'll put the other inside his laptop! I'll make his favorite breakfast, and see what else I can do later in the day.

Hey! We're old enough to know WHAT to do, and young enough to ENJOY it!

We had a lot of fun. None of my food stayed heart shaped while I cooked it but oh well. DN's pasta didn't stay heart shaped either. We just laughed. Dinner was delicious. DN and Sparkly came over. And my cupcake frosting was a hit!
