Thanks! I am going to count my blessings today, even if I have to lapse into delusion to do so.

The first good thing for today is that DS roof-raked half of the garage roof last night! Yay!

And the other good thing about the garage is there are no ice dams on those gutters because it's an unheated building! Yay!

You should see our roof. It's so funny. I filled a whole bunch of nylon knee-hi's with roof ice melt last night, and we put these "sausages" all over the gutters and roof. Our house looks like white trash, but they are melting the ice.

Ok all of you NE peeps ignore this post. I had a surprise snow day yesterday. We got 6" & everything was closed. I rather enjoyed it since Monday was a holiday it made for a 4 day weekend. And my old roommate came & dug me out. He even cleaned off my car. So I laid around in my jammies all day reading a book.
