It's another wet day here too. It's 60 right now but that is going to drastically change tonight. Freezing rain and ice starts after midnight. Probably no school tomorrow.

Woke up to snow this morning. Ice yesterday, snow today & it's supposed to be in the 40's tomorrow. Ahh, spring, I can almost smell you. :)
I sure am enjoying baby time this week. Momma got her first afternoon alone time since birth yesterday, she loved it!
We are meeting my sister & BIL for supper tonight. We will have a great time.
I bought enough materials for two more quilts!! I am so in heaven with baby & quilt shopping!

It's supposed to get up to 72 today, but with rain. Tomorrow will be 63 with rain, and then back down to 48 on Friday and hovering around 60 all weekend.

That may be best - you will probably hurt more tomorrow and need to call in then. Try to do what you can today to prepare for that.

Sounds like you are having a wonderful time Czech.

They are calling for 4-8" of snow in the wee morning hours through Thursday & the temp will dip to 4 degrees. I know you Northerners are rolling your eyes & snickering. I live in a Southern state damnit. This is our third substantial snow in about as many weeks. I'm over it. I am so ready for Spring. The remaining snow lumps from last week are almost gone & now more.

I like one snow a year. Give me a snow day to enjoy in my jammies & I'm as happy as any school kid. We've had more than usual slammed on us. I think even the kids are sick of snow days & it's starting to eat into their Spring break now.

It's raining, and the temps are dropping. Winter storm warning starting a 3pm. The rain will change to sleet after 6pm. They are calling for 1 to 3 inches by morning.

I reckon will be iced in again tomorrow. cry

I really hope this is winters last blast.

I've been working on cleaning my oven all morning... I think I should probably clean it more often and then it wont be such a chore.

I have had my oven for 8 years & have only cleaned it once when Sean & the boys decided to reheat a pizza without using a tray & melted cheese dripped all over the bottom of my oven & set off the smoke detector.

I don't even remember the last time I cleaned mine. I know my mom did it for me once since whenever that was though.
