J has to register. Even though he is autistic,he still has to register.
I was seeing where and when to go down and began to wonder why we still have this.
I know now the possible reasons but it hasn't been used in almost50 years.

And if they don't register, they are not eligible for any type of Federal aid. That's anything from scholarships to loans to, well, anything.
