I'm 100% certain this email message is a phishing scam.

I've disabled the links so (hopefully) no one can accidentally click them.

Yeah, when my account was hacked they froze it. So I called and they confirmed it was frozen. No emails involved.

I get those frequently - I just send it along to the REAL Wells Fargo "reportpfish@wellsfargo" and let them take it from there.

My bank CALLS if fraud is detected. They do not email for that stuff.
