Good morning everyone! Beautiful sunny day here. Which is great since it snowed ALL DAY LONG yesterday.

I'm smelling a good adventure day. Maybe a long meandering ride in the car, check out some of the beaches and see if they are walkable yet.

Or some frivolous shopping. Haven't done that in forever.

Yesterday, there were trucks at Hampton Beach trying to remove the snow so they could still hold the Easter egg hunt today!

A lot of the beaches around here are not visible from the road, used as snow farms. I miss seeing the ocean.

Have had breakfast, am watching our service online. Wish I could have gotten there. Next week for sure.

I need to go to the grocery store. Need a few things to get through this next week. Might pick up something from the deli for lunch. Depends on what they have.

It was cold last night but it's a bright, beautiful sunny day. It's only 42 but going to 60 today, 70s and 80s the rest of the week.

Time to get those flower beds prettied up.

I'd have never thought to put all that snow on the beach. I bet it looks odd.

I swear up and down it's one of the most unhealthy things about my job. It's horrible.

During a typical Meeting, there will be about 15-20 minutes of silence to center us.

Im a total klutz and I'm learning to love yoga. It's not as hard as I thought, once you give it a try. And find a beginner class, it's much less intimidating

My gym has a yoga basics class once a month. It's very popular, lots of repeat visits from the older crowd.

There is a lady in town that does a class once a week. It's very relaxed, we meet on a church basement and it's by donation. I really like it because it is very welcoming.

Granted, the only times I've done yoga was when I was hospitalized, so I already wasn't in the best state of mind.
