I thought I'd start a thread where we could talk about the upcoming presidential campaign. Lets attempt to keep it civil and maybe back up our arguments with clear reasons? ha, who am I kidding!
Honestly, with all her baggage, anyone that votes for her is a moron. She's a proven liar. Over and over and over. She broke the law by using her own email server. She should be in jail, not running for president.

Condi Rice might make a good Pres. She has the background in National security & I don't remember her having any scandal.
You know this is total horrible gossip, but she has never once talked about her personal relationships that I have seen. Maybe I'm totally off-base. I don't' care if she's straight, gay or whatever, but I find it bizarre that such a public figure would hide who she is with.

I could get behind Condi Rice. The GOP doesn't like her pro-choice stance, but those type of issues don't decide elections for me.
But that would automatically take the wind out of that stupid red herring vote. Both candidates are pro-choice now it would be a non-starter. It drives me crazy that this is even still argued during Presidential elections.
Also maybe she doesn't talk about her personal life because it is personal & her SO doesn't want any part of the spotlight. I guess if she ever did throw her hat in the media would dig around until they found out about her life.

When Hillary was running back in 08, there was this one 19/20 y/o female who said she was going to vote for her "because she asked me for a bottle of water" when she visited the place the young woman worked. I so wanted the reporter to ask "are you for real?" Did Hillary even pay for the water? lol
The only one I have any interest to vote for at this point is Rand Paul or possibly Walker or Perry if they are running. The rest of them, I can't stand.
From the Dem side, I don't believe Hillary will get the Dem Nomination. The Dems tossed the experienced female candidate aside last go around for a newbie novice unknown amateur. They will do the same thing this time around, especially since 8 more years of age on her doesn't sit so well. Sorry, just watch Survivor, 9 out of 10 times, the oldest female is kicked off the island first. Doesnt' matter if she is smarter, strong, works harder, etc. That is just life.
