I had a job interview today that went well, I really liked her (potential boss) and she indicated she would like to hire me. She said she would let me know either way next week.

 After thinking about it, I don't want to take this job. It would require working late 3 nights a week. That's just too much time away from my Bunny. 

Would it be better to let her know immediately that I will not be able to take any offer she might make or should I wait to see if she makes an offer?

I would wait and see if she makes you an offer, maybe you can negotiate not working so many late nights?

I second what NAOW said. If she offers just tell her that, upon reflection, you don't think the job's hours will work well with your schedule and that you don't want to accept a job that you can't give one hundred percent to.

I would wait also, you may have another change of mind, and if she really liked you you may be able to negotiate
