I'm running a little late this morning. I want to get to work early this morning because I don't actually know what I'm supposed to be doing. If our Ex Admin is still out, I stay there. If she's back, I honestly don't know where I'm supposed to be lol

It's 8:12. Already reset the blocks for garden bed #2. Still not quite even but I am not moving them anymore. I need to get 12 more blocks in order to finish it. Later, I will plant the tomato and pepper plants in bed #1. Will shop for bed #2 later today and more for #1.

Time to shower and go up to College #1 to talk to my former adviser about the new program I am in at College #2. I miss talking to Max, he is/was a great adviser.

Need to do some shopping afterwards. Then home to make potato salad and clean the floors. I could not get motivated to do anything yesterday.

Fried chicken and potato salad for dinner. Then to Lodge where I need to address the behavior of a member from when we were in DC.

Morning! Cloudy here and warm/humid. I hope the rain holds off long enough for my parents to pick up my Stitch Fix package. The mail man leaves it on the driveway instead of walking a little further to my covered front porch, and never wraps it in plastic. I don't want my clothes ruined!

The weekend was nice, but I am so tired.

LOL FWM and I have a lot in common. Or at least I think so. We talk about husbands and kids and normal stuff like that. Our lives are a lot alike in many ways.

flan, it's just strange, or not really, but we have the same number of kids and the same sexes of kids. Our kids have some similarities. Both our husbands travel a lot. Neither of us work. Just our outlook on a lot of things are the same too. I look at FWM like a big sister. I've gotten close to her and really do consider her my friend. Since I don't have a mom to ask questions of I ask FWM a lot of girly questions. She never thinks I'm weird! Well, maybe a bit. But she doesn't let on!

We had a little incident at work. So part of my current job is to bring the involved person to the dr. We've been here an hour. He just got called back.

The Ex Admin is back today. But she's decided to retire at the end of the month. So I was offered the job today. Honestly, I don't really want it. I want my sales job back. But I know when the president says, I want you, you don't say no. I guess I shouldnt have been so impressive 😀

And I still itch. Damn it.

I wish it would be a rainy day here. High is supposed to be 86, sunny. Tomorrow 90, Wednesday 70.

The sparrows are trying to build a nest in my hanging flowers. I am having arguments with them. I keep yelling NO and they keep chirping back like they own the place. May have to get a brighter colored snake to put in there (read that it works online to keep them out). Unless anyone here has a better idea.

We have a birds nest at the front door. We never use it so it doesn't matter.
