A flock of flirting flamingos is pure, passionate, pink pandemonium-a frenetic flamingle-mangle-a discordant discotheque of delirious dancing, flamboyant feathers, and flamingo lingo.
I was unimpressed with Whole Foods. I went to one by my office (which has since closed) to grab a salad at the salad bar and the cheese had mold on it. So much for fresh.
I just LOVE Trader Joes. I can't compare it to Whole Foods because I haven't shopped there in years, but I do remember them being somewhat pricey at the time.
I love trader Joes. You can get coconut water for half of what it costs in the grocery store. Unfortunately the closest one is 90 minutes away. Just like everything else good. Sigh, whine.
I have breakfast at whole foods on Saturday's. Gordito and I walk over. I get a flat white and we share a donut or other pastry. It's treat morning. Most of my grocery shopping is a Trader Joes.
There are two Whole Foods in my area. Both are located in upscale neighborhoods. The prices are ridiculous there. I have been in them a few times with friends, and the only things I have ended up buying were gift cards for my god-nephew. He lives thousands of miles away and loves shopping at the one in his neighborhood. But he can afford it and is very financially savvy.
There is no Trader Joe's where I am. The nearest one is over 2500 miles away. I love shopping there when I travel. I will fill up a cart all the way to the top with goodies and then mail them home for friends and I to enjoy. Trader Joe's is awesome. Of course, if they did open one here, the prices would be several dollars higher for items due to just getting the items here. So I have to wait until I travel to shop there. Those who have a TJ's nearby are very fortunate.
