The Walk Off The Earth singer, who was understandably furious about the experience, took to Twitter on Wednesday night to voice her anger:
Unsurprisingly, he was far from the only Twitter user to rush to Blackwood’s defense:
“We are committed to making travel safe and enjoyable for the families who fly with us,” airline spokeswoman Marissa Snow told the newspaper. “For the safety of all onboard, federal regulations require that all passengers be seated for take-off."
This isn’t the first time United has come under fire.
Earlier this month, an Oregon mom claimed her family was kicked off a flight because of her autistic daughter.
And in March, a Canadian mom made international headlines when she said a flight attendant harassed her because she was breastfeeding.
