Happy Friday! My new dishwasher is being installed. Then I'm off to the store before picking the kids up early from their last day!

Power went out again last night for a couple hours, right when I was making dinner.

Oh my heavens. I cannot believe the level of stupid I am having to deal with today. I have a lender telling me to remove the owner of property as a borrower from my settlement statement. Problem is, that owner is also signing the NOTE. That makes them a borrower. If you don't want them to be a borrower - take them off the note.

I survived the night! I was absolutely miserable for most of the night. I didn't get to sleep until after 2 a.m.!!

Woke up and did feel better! Anti-biotic must have kicked in while I was asleep. Ahh, coffee tastes good again! I may survive!

DH needs to get me another bottle of butter shots though...

DD has been doing laundry and packing up her room. She has been a huge help.

I have cut down to one can of coke a day and am trying to wean myself off of all other sugar. It's tough but it's worth it. I am starting to feel a difference already.

DH and I just sold 2 pick-up loads of watermelons - $2 each or 3/$5. We're exhausted - but richer

We'll load up again this evening, and be up at the corner first thing in the morning. But we'll pick enough to put some in the barn, so when we sell out again (hope hope hope), we'll just have to make a quick run to the barn. One guy bought 15! Hope to have more customers like him!

Having a fathers day dinner tomorrow nite. Just got a new double oven and dishwasher. Love em. Have to get things ready for my trip overseas. This is kind of a last minute trip so I'm a little overwhelmed.

I would so love to, I may have to have my son to show me how to share pictures. I'm so tech challenged. I'm going to be able to go to another country while I'm there that is close with my dd and her family so they can renew their visas. I never in my life ever dreamed I was going to be going to the places I'm going to and been because of my dd. I just wish the trip wasn't 28 hours.

28 hours of travel time is long. Use your first day as a recovery day, then enjoy the sights!

Just sat down for the first time since I got home from work. DD was going through book withdrawals since the school library closed 2 weeks ago because of summer vaca coming up. Took her to the town library for her to get a book, in the mean time a neighbor lent us the Ranger's Apprentice, first three books. She now has 4 books, 2 series, to read for the summer if the books last that long. She devours books.

Thanks for the reminder on the dishwasher. My issue with my new one is the capacity is so large that I rarely run it. I am running out of dishes! So far it is the best dishwasher ever!
