They are a group of displaced men who, after dropping out of college due to crippling higher-education costs, were forced to move back in with their parents, unable to get a job that will afford them an autonomous lifestyle.

From 1982 to 2007, U.S. college tuition and fees skyrocketed 439%, while median family income increased just 147%, according to a 2008 report by the National Center for Public Policy and Higher Education.
Photographer Liz Calvi, 23, noticed that a lot of the guys she went to high school with were returning to her hometown of West Hartford, Connecticut, after leaving college - and so she decided to start taking pictures of them and documenting their experiences.
'You're almost in this trap, where you have to go to college to get a job,' Calvi told CNN.
'But college costs so much money, so sometimes you have to go back home to live with your parents.'
