Right now, my favorite app is my S health app. It's helping track everything. Heart rate, stress level, caffeine intake, water intake, steps.
But I love the ability to track my calorie intake.

Its a meal planning app that allows me to plan my meals 1 to 4 weeks in a row. It allows me to merge my shopping list so there aren't double entries for the same food, (so if two recipes call for one tomato each, the list states 2 tomatoes.) And I can print or use my shopping list on my handheld.
I love being able to make sure that we have a seafood, poultry, pork, beef and veggie meal each week, without using the same or similar recipes each week. Variety is the spice of life.
