I have this ongoing dilemma.

 

A full size (1.55 oz) Hershey bar is 220 calories.

 

A Dinty Moore 60-second microwave "meal", chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, or

 

Beef pot roast, mashed potatoes and gravy, or

beef stew ...

 

is between 180 calories and 230 calories.

Which should I eat?

 

The issue is complicated ...

I usually eat only one Dinty Moore meal, then stop.

 

The Hershey bar seems to always have more Hershey bars with it in the drawer. So ..

one Hershey bar, with follow-up, is not 220 calories, it's more like 1100 calories.

The dilemma is,

 

I WANT TO EAT  those 5 Hershey bars.

Their commercials  are kind of cute, but I have to avoid peanuts cry. Otherwise, 5 Snickers bars does sound great.

Since I found this new health app, I can track what I eat and the calories. I'm averaging about 1500 a day. And I haven't made any changes.

Maybe you need an app.
