I have four unhappy cats. Three have been locked out all night with food and water because #4 is getting fixed today. He's in the house with no food or water. Had his last meal at 9:30 last night. They are used to being fed at 5 am when I get up. Now I get to put him in a cage and drive him to the vet.

Morning lily. Was just looking at Facebook. Another person I know has made a gofundme account. Not for medical bills or some tragedy. For her stay at home husband to expand his "farm". Sigh.

Like his FB farm or a real farm?

I have a fund me account. Yep. It's an empty, resealable gum container in my car. It has about $10 in change and ones. I'm thinking of buying a new air freshner.

I had a FB friend create a gofundme account so she could ship her father here to the states for medical treatment. Okay, who's going to pay for said treatment? Ugh.

Well something like that isn't so bad. But, I bet she'd need a ton of money.

This guy has $20 after 12 days. I hadn't seen it earlier. Another FB friend shared. He does a ton of networking himself. I bet he will get a few thousand.

Okay, LL, traffic court? Really? Good luck.

SB, hope kitty is better soon and the other's recover from their messed up schedule, lol.

Good morning all.

Will soon be on the way, with DD, to her orthodontist appointment. I swear this will never end. We are now into year 5 of orthodontist appointments. Gosh.. And she has her regular dental check tomorrow!

DH had a wonderful checkup yesterday. He slept so well last night, that he didn't snore for the first time ever! Life is good!

Hope everyone has a great day!

LL Good luck in traffic court.

The patient in the dental chair thinks her appointment is taking too long.

I know that because she is using the voice to text function to live tweet her dental appointment!

She is also listening to her voicemail on speakerphone.

She is disappointed that the dentist was not able to tell her anything about her teeth before her x rays are developed.

LOL I heard the DAMN rain all night long....above said ginourmous puppy felt the need to sleep THISCLOSE to me ALL NIGHT...snoring in my ear....Of course I was happy to leap up to my alarm LOL

Looked out window and it was gloomy and dripping....

BUT the grass was green and the sun was peeking through the clouds (I go to work at the buttcrack of dawn) and so after my shower I opened the window and after I got used to the breezy chilly morning air...and my goose bumps settled down, I smelled the air, it was so clean and smelled like our hay pasture and I saw a mama deer and two fawns by our fence nibbling away.

Heard the neighbors rooster crow   (sometimes that silly thing gets his time messed up and crows TOO early!! argh...but then throw lunch in pack grab phone and purse (some times forget that little last thing, usually on a day when I need gas ot groceries, and we live out in the country....so see a good thing to NOT forget LOL) and headed to work.

I did not mention when above said puppy decided the dog beds in the mudroom were EVIL and thus MUST be killed and dismembered ALL OVER THE MUDROOM! or when she drags every single toy she has all over the house and sits back watching when they are picked up. smiles an evil Boxer smile and drags them all out, you know in case she or one of her three Chihuahua siblings needs something to play with!

after driving my 25 miles to work part on interstate where it seems ALL giant work pickups must convene and decide to RACE me to work EVERY day!  I win, my little black car likes to speed past them!!!  I had the sun roof opened, but luckily remembered to close it when I went by the goat ranch...no need to mention why  right?

Get to work have about 10000 guys at my desk waiting for me...well probably 4 but they all talk over each other and it seems like 10000!  I get them handled and take coat off and set things down and start the day feeling pooped already.

Whew!  Luckily I love my job and my co workers, and our daughter invited us to supper so no cooking, I LIKE that!

so Looking back yes there were things that irked me...but also things I am thankful for.  My husband, five great young adult kids, two fabulous little grandboys and yes even those silly silly fur family members...BUT tonight SARA is sleeping on husbands SIDE~ :-0

Riding - you opened the window & got chills? And wore a coat to work? I am green with envy. We are still hot & humid. Not as bad as it was on Sunday. It seems to drop a degree or two each day but still it is currently 87 & feels warmer. Pure misery!!

last week was hot hot hot, this week it has been very cool, light coat weather, especially in the early morning. then warmer not hot in afternoon.

But no worries next week we are back to upper high 90's!

we really could have frost at night anytime.   and or snow in early September.  no leaves are turning here yet, but we camped 70 miles West last weekend and some of their trees were dropping leaves already

LOL, yeah that was Trudy.  I never complain about the cold.  I hate to shovel but we only get a handful of significant snows & my previous roommate came by to shovel me out so I was a happy camper.  I'm like a school kid wishing for a snow day!

Fall is my favorite season & it won't get here quickly enough!

we really don't have snow for long lengths of time, it comes and melts in a few days, sometime we have totally beautiful Novembers and Decembers! its bringing the MC's and Camero out to drive/ride time! I do not mind the snow, but really hate when the temps get in the single digits and stay there. When it is too cold to snow, and your nose freezes shut when you walk outside and you feel the icy crystals on your face! burrrrr

lately we have totally been having all four seasons, in the past sometimes just summer, a week of brief fall maybe then deep freeze winter, possibly a small window of spring and dead heat again. now it is more *normal* lengths, I love sitting in the backyard around the blazing fire pit on a crisp fall night~

We kind of have seasons here in AZ. I call them Summer, End of Summer, Not Summer, and Almost Summer. Summer here means temps well above 100. During monsoon, we cool off a bit some days but the humidity sets in when a storm is brewing and it's horrible. I get humidity migraines so, while I love monsoon, I tend to avoid outdoors during monsoon. Monsoon storms can mean anything from absolutely nothing (save for the horrid humidity) to full out thunderstorms. Sometimes, we'll get a microburst.

We recently broke a record with a high of 117. I was out and about that day and found it decent. But, I'm acclimated to the heat.

Week 2 of my job and I am loving it. I met the farmers who grow the corn we sell. The people who supply our eggs employ the mentally challenged because the company is owned by a brother sister team and the brother has Down's Syndrome. I love doing work that matters. Good clean food FROM people who care TO people who care.

Sigh.

Very busy though. Lots to learn.

I am in week 9 of my new job, I feel less stupid everyday. The big boss contacted me today, wants me to take some 6sigma training, told him I was doing another certification course required by the company. He said that course is hard. Umm, no it isn't, not if you are experienced! Just a lot of online courses to take. Made me feel good that he had a hard time with the certification. I steal feel stupid though! But still loving it.

I am very familiar with your area. I love it! You are very good at creating mental pictures of your life. I have to say, I admire your gift.

Yes, farmers are loud! They are hard of hearing and they have to be able to hear themselves over all the other loud farmers. Oh, and they are boisterous. But they will never admit to that fact. But they will be at your side in a heart beat if needed.

I hope you had a great day and are enjoying a wonderful evening with your DD.

By the way, my cousin called from Greeley CO, it snowed two inches in the mountains last night. You know what that means. biggrin
