I'd say autocorrect is to blame for some of it.

The date in the one is how they write it in other countries. Day, month, year is right in most places.

And some of the garbled ones are probably not English speakers. It looks like a person who has not grasped the English language yet.

But yeah. A lot is simply bad or lazy.

I cant figure the problem with Dubai, unless it is just Ny which could have been My or NY for New Years.
