Had an upset stomach last night, so I crawled into bed as soon as I got home, at about seven. Dozed until about ten, then spent about an hour puking my guts out.
Still feel super crummy. I got up early because my stomach was off enough that I could no longer sleep, and am drinking tea. AN hour before I hove to go to work.
DH's stomach is bothering him as well, only it's on the other end. He thinks it was something he ate. He did overdo it on the fried foods at the Japanese restaurant last night.
For the last couple of days, I've been taking Mucinex, Sudafed (real, not the knock-offs) and Claritin, to keep my lungs from rattling and keep my throat clear.
I'm still getting coughing episodes.

Yuck, Dona, sounds miserable. Ginger ale might be better than tea.
Ed, the coughing will last longer. And the coughing can become a habit too. It's a reflex that your body learns and will repeat after it no longer needs to. Try some cepacal (sp?) cough drops.
I'm still paying for yesterday. Spent way too much time in a car.
Looks like ran for us.
Hope everyone has a good day.

Thanks Lily, I have sugar-free Ricola cough drops. I know we used to have Cepacol something ... maybe it was mouth wash? Don't have any now. I'll look for them at CVS.

Hope all the people who are not feeling well get better quickly.
We are tired today. Yesterday was a busy day. I should watch a few movies for school. Hope I stay awake for them. Still have to do housework - laundry, floors and organizing. Still have a laundry basket full of stuff that needs to be shredded.
Halloween party was great. DH did not want to enter the costume contest. But we did win one of the raffles, a car wash bucket filled with supplies.
Some man is really high up in one of trees in the empty lot across the street. He is cutting branches with a chain saw. I guess I will stand by with 911 on speed dial.
Howdy. Today is pumpkin carving day at our house. DN and Sparkly are coming over later.

Will they be coming by car or by boat?

I'll have to see if I can find the picture of what he is driving! The police issued a blurb on their website.
If your trash can is missing look at which direction the water is flowing down your street. Follow it. To the Rio Grande. You'll find your trash can there. Along with your car if you parked it on the street.

It's still raining too. Been that way for three days.

I was sick last night. I'm trying to drink my coffee but it's not sitting well. I think the people on the board are passing it around.

I have no problem blaming her! I hurt so bad last night! My stomach felt like it was going to explode.

I was being a whiner too!

Absolutely. I've always said that as well. I think #1 is going through that now. Chest percussion does seem to help though. I think psychologically he knows it's supposed to help and he stops for awhile.
