Okay, I just dropped over $100 on MORE Christmas decorations from Michaels. Most of their stuff was 40-50% off. I couldn't resist. And Mr. FNW didn't search the attic for decorations I think he may have forgotten to bring down last weekend. A costly mistake on his part. ehehe

Lexxy, have you had any trouble using a credit card today? I met a man at the carwash this morning and he said there were problems with credit card machines all up and down the eastern seaboard. The carwash was having problems, the cleaners nearby, and my father said he was having trouble trying to use his on-line. Weird.

My paper files have exploded all over the living room floor. I am trying to organize them again. Except what I am really doing is putting off writing two papers for school.

I am trying to convince myself to write the papers instead. But I need to clean up the papers all over the floor.

Happy 50 degree Friday to you all.

But it is darn windy again, crazy weather for sure.

Tonight I am going to the only holiday bazaar I go too during the year. It's a big one and has great things, I am hoping to get the last of my gifts there.

BUT then I will have to lock myself in the guest room and wrap all I have tossed in there. It's a good thing no guests are due soon LOL

Tomorrow I am going with and her bridesmaids to a town about 150 miles to the east of us in SD. They are looking for dresses. I am going for the ride LOL and they are using our Aspen, as it is the only vehicle big enough for all of them

well need to hop of work load today, would love to sneak out a bit early.

DD has her final dress rehearsal this evening for the Nutcracker, then three performances this weekend. She is going to be worn out.

I'm sitting here catching up with the Geeks instead of doing what I need to be doing. My dad wants a photo book of pictures of my sister and I growing up for Christmas. I have over a hundred pictures I need to scan and upload today. I'm procrastinating.

I might be able to pick up a secondary supervision situation for my practicum! Happydance! It's a partnership organization, so two additional supervisors. Both of them seem sane so far (bonus points on the one I'm currently dealing with) and have a teaching plan in place that is far superior to what I currently have (more bonus points!). They also do continued training (omg - responsible and ethical practice) and are willing to teach!

Cross your fingers they choose to Practicum Adopt me!

The joke was on me!

I must have bought all new lights last year, and forgot that I bought them.

They ALL worked! biggrin

Okay, the lights are on the bushes.

That completes Step 2, of the process.

Step 3 will happen after it gets dark tonight.

After a couple of drinks, I'll go out there and monkey with the lights, until I'm happy with them. It will take at least an hour.

(It's too hard to tell how they look, in the daylight.)

God help any of my poor neighbors, who are out walking their dogs tonight.

I always end up asking for opinions, LOL!

And they are always nice enough to point out what needs to be changed. smile
