Have a blast Flan! I'm due north of you right now. So far a great visit with my sister and family. Today is breakfast with Santa. Yesterday, we went to the toy store so nephew could decide what to put on his list. Apparently he was in tears last week about the list because "it just seems like such a big deal". Poor kid gets worked up over the strangest things.

And again, my normal complaint, their water pressure sucks. It takes forever to rinse the shampoo out of my hair, I didn't even attempt conditioner....I'd still be in the shower. My poor hair :(

When we went to hi. In March we got to see a lot of whales from the shore. We were eating lunch by the water and a whale jump out of the water rea
L close to us. It was cool. I hope you see a lot flan.

You may want to try a new shower head - one the makes better use of the pressure.

DS visited Santa yesterday. He was all smiles but didn't want to talk. I absolutely love how enthralled he is by the magic of the season.

I won't say it IRL so I'll say it here. The naughty part of me wants to poke at a friend of mine and let her know that her oh so dire prediction of DS crying when he saw Santa last year didn't come true and it wasn't true for this year either. She saw the pics of him smiling for the Easter Bunny last year and all she could do was warn me that he would be aware enough by Christmas that he would cry for Santa. I so, so want to tell her she was wrong about him crying for Santa but I'll be good and keep my trap shut.

Did you get pics of him smiling with Santa? Are you both on FB? If so, post them. If not, send them to her in a Christmas card.

Aw, how sweet! I am glad he was happy to see Santa. I was not so lucky this morning. DD1 was not having it at all. But we will have some nice photos of her crying on Santa's lap hmm

I did. And a video. They're already posted.

I doubt she remembers what she said. She's one of those who think they know it all and will often say 'told you' in response to vents.

Breakfast with Santa was a total success. They close down a street and all the businesses all have different activities. Nephew had a great time. Then we went out for a birthday lunch for me, since I'm here at least kinda close to my birthday this year. I heard a rumor about cake :)

DD helped me decorate the outside this morning. I will be pulling a FWM tonight "fixing" the lights on the bushes. I have that netting stuff and I really don't like how it looks. When the after Christmas sales happen, I think I will buy new outside lights. I also bought a tree; a pre lit spiral tree I can keep up all year. Love it! We went to a neighbors who had the HS band come and play, it's a fund raiser, very impressive. Dd is at a party right now and when she gets home we are putting up the village. And now I am going to collapse, still sick.

I am purposely staying out of the kitchen. My sister and nephew are decorating my birthday cake. I just heard him ask for sprinkles. Sprinkles in the hands of a 6 year old.....this will be good

Good Evening! It was a nice day. DH and I ran some errands today. We even went to the aquarium store where they have lots of sal****er fish. I will miss snorkeling this vacation but at least I got to see the fish anyway.

We are waiting for DSS and DIL to get here. They left their place three hours ago. We are waiting to have dinner until they get here. We are getting very hungry.

Tomorrow may be the Camden Aquarium. DIL loves sharks.
