While out with Caitlyn today, we stopped at Chic-fil-a.

I haven't been in a long time. It's always so covered up with business,  you can't even get in the parking lot.

But today we stopped there and on every table was a fresh cut red carnation. I forgot they do that.

It made me smile.

What are the little things that make you smile?

The bigger they are, the bigger the smile, right?

I dated women with big boobs, and I dated women with medium or small boobs.

I was dating a very nice young lady who was a 28 A , and my mother commented that she was very small in that department ...

I told Mom, "all you need is a mouthful." (She seemed to be embarrassed.)

Really, all a woman needs is nipples.

And to appreciate the guy she's with. (THAT'S what always made me smile.)

It isn't the size--it's how often you see them naked.

I don't think I realized Chic-fil-a did that, Lily. How cool! To be honest, I've only been to the mall chic's. And if I got there early, as the lines form quickly. I like them, they are just too crowded.

When my boys ask for hugs, that makes me smile. And when DH brings me my martini on Fridays.

Lord, you can't even get into a Chik Fil A here. Even my gay BIL wants to go there when he comes here. He understands that the owners stance doesn't affect their hiring practices. Even Squeakers knows this. Its her favorite place to eat...

When someone gets really excited for finding just the piece of candy they wanted in the candy bowl. It was so cute watching my boss, president of our company, go, "cool! Blow pops!"

the two here in hooterville are owned by very fine people--have worked with them both on several community projects and charitable activities--just excellent folks all the way around--hard-working, concerned, sincere--wish we had more like them

Both of ours is always crowded.

The one we were at today is a stand alone restaurant.

Every parking place is always full, there is always a line wrapped around the building for drive thru.

The one at the mall is always lined up out into the mall.

The food is amazing.

The service is amazing.

Always worth any small inconvenience.

Coming home and discovering that the waiter has slipped an extra na'an bread into my doggy bag makes me smile.

I always smile when I find extra breadsticks in my "to-go" bag from Olive Garden.

And yet you say you don't rail against Christians.  Because that's the ONLY stance they have - a Christian one.

LOL.  You can't even keep your posts straight for a day.

I am going to a funeral in CA Saturday and cannot wait for Chick Fil A breakfast. We have one opening up here next month finally. I went two weeks ago at a different funeral. So yummy. The BF hates it. His order is never right and he only goes because I like it so much.

After the funeral this time we are also driving into. LA for tacos. I might be more excited for those.

The drive home after is going to be so long with all that good food in our bellies.

Oh yeah.  Hypocrisy and inconsistencies abound.

Our chic fil a is always busy but they have streamlined the drive thru process & the line moves quickly. They are the friendliest fast food people ever. They always get my order & my change correct. They have never given me nasty sweet tea by accident. They do not charge for extra salad dressing. Their chicken is outstanding. Their breakfast chicken biscuit is to die for. My only complaint is they don't serve those breakfast biscuits all day. I think tomorrow may be Chic fil a for lunch now.

"Well, I never did mind the little things."

That is a movie quote.  Anyone know the movie?
