Of course, I forgot all about that when I walked onto the patio barefoot to gather the empties for the Arrowhead guy. Talk about cold feet!

I would wish for snow so at least the cold could bring something fun to play in but considering AZ drivers lose their sense when it rains, I really don't want to deal with them if were to snow. Quickest way to disable an AZ driver? Have a couple drops of rain fall. Seriously. Massive freak out.

back at work today, it was a balmy -5 when I got up and had warmed up to 4 degrees when I got to work at 7AM.
It is 2:00 and we are in a heat wave at 16!

Had to run to work for a quick meeting, hit up Target for sticky boobs for DD and some Spanx for me and now I am at home and waiting for the parade of girls to stop going into our bathrooms. Lol. They are getting ready with DD and are in various states of inability to get dressed up/made up, yet with a huge desire to BE dressed up/made up. So I am stepping in and helping with some mascara here, some hairspray there etc.

Pissed. Walmart's online photo service sucks. They don't send any kind of checklist for the associate to know if the customer's order is complete. The quality control at wherever the magic mugs (pour in hot liquid and the pics show up) are made failed. There's no record on their end of the keychains we ordered. The store refunded our order, gave us a $25 gift card, and let us keep the part of our order that actually arrived and was correct. I'm happy the store made it right but pissed at the lack of competence. I will never use their online photo service ever again.

It's also bothering us that someone, somewhere has the mug we designed for my grandma with our son's pics on it. The mug that we got had pics of a Hispanic family with a minion doll on it. I hope that family is able to get their mug even though it's our name on the package. And, hopefully, whoever got our mug will return it - assuming they even live in this area and had their stuff shipped to that particular Walmart. For all we know, our mug could be on the other side of the country. I told my grandma about the screw up and, thankfully, she wasn't bummed that she won't be getting a magic mug for Christmas. I discovered that Walgreen's does magic mugs so we'll get one from them at some point after Christmas.

Going to be filming a fight scene under a bridge down town tonight between 11 and 3.

I'm thinking about going to check it out. Could be interesting.

I have nearly a year of expenses in savings. And a layoff would qualify for unemployment. So, financially, I'd be good for a while. Its more that I really like my job and my company, I don't want to have to leave it.
