In short:

 

Single mom of 4 won $188 mil, taking home $88 mil.  So far she has bailed out her boyfriend on drug, weapons street racing charges 3 times.  Each time the bail doubles which went 3 mil, 6 mil and 12 mil.  So she is on the hook for 21 mil right now.  My calculations she has enough to bail him out once more at $24 mil.

They're both idiots. He NEEDS  to be kept incarcerated until his charges are dealt with, because he keeps getting in trouble on the outside.

She needs to be declared incompetent so a conservator can be appointed to handle her money.
