That's cool. I'd love to go. There's a Lego museum out by my SS's grandma's house. I've never been but I hear it's interesting.

The LEGO museum in Atlanta opened after Jesse was too old to go.

He can go on adult night when he is 18, I think. Maybe 21.

Wait. He is 18.

My SS has been to the one out by his grandma. He really likes it. I hear the lego's they sell there are highly over priced.

Probably.

We played at the LEGO store for a good 2 hours when we went to Downtown Disney.

Jesse had the best time.

Their prices were about the same.

They did have sets that you can't get just any where. Those were higher.

So he had to pick out his absolute favorite.

The stores are different from the museums.

So I don't doubt the prices would be higher there.

The gift shops are usually the exit for those kinds of places.

I always called them parent traps.

Yeah, whenever I went on field trips with my SS I always ended up in the gift shop. Zoo, museum, capitol building. You name it.

Yep.

I learned real quick to spot the discount bins.

And then we started the penny pressing thing.

They even had a little book to keep them in.

That was the cheapest souvenirs ever.

I remember those machines. You know you can do that for free if you live near a train. Put a penny on the track and when it comes by it will smash it flat. Spent many girl scout camp outs waiting on the train.

Yeah you can.

But the train doesn't stamp a picture on the penny with the name of where you are.

We do the penny thing on every vacation. When I was a kid we would put a coin on the train tracks. Today all the tracks have fences around them, as a Parent I am grateful for that!
