How much is my house worth?

Refin has this for every area. But it really only calculates median square foot price in a zipcode and doesn't consider many other things. Also there are very localized neighborhoods in each town that Redfin doesn't consider in their algorithms. At least you can get an idea of what your house is worth within 10%

I don't believe most of what those reports tell me since they cannot get the details of my house correct.

They list it as a two story, 3/1.5 and at 1600 sq ft. It is actually a 2/1 with an unfinished attic and basement and 1100 sq ft.

They have the year it was built wrong. Grandpop built it and I have the plans and details including how many boxes of nails he used.

What we paid for it was not what it was valued at. We could probably sell for at least 25% more than the current "estimated" worth.

Yep, the Redfin and other websites don't do a detailed assessment of the worth.

Not every area. Our house in Indiana is "unavailable" because it is "outside the coverage area".
