A Minnesota bride proved it's never too late to be a flower girl when she asked four ladies over 90 to become part of her wedding party. 

Elaine Ogren, 90, Lorraine Quinn, 94, Irene McGuire, 95, and Elsie Trapp, 96 all agreed to be flower ladies, as they dubbed themselves, for their fitness instructor.

Jeena Gurung trains all four of them at a senior center, VMC Action News 5 reported.

The flower ladies wore matching fuchsia jackets for the ceremony in Saint Paul's Emmaus Lutheran Church.

'We haven't heard they've had flower girls this age before, McGuire told the channel.

Trapp added: 'It's one of the prerequisites for the job. To be a flower girl, you should be 90 - at least.'

She also referred to Ogren, the youngest of the bunch, as 'our baby'.

Gurung said she had a special relationship with her flower ladies and couldn't picture not having them for her wedding day.
