Windows Live Mail 2011 has been on my computer since the beginning. Today it decided that it will neither send nor receive messages. Tried to use the update to Outlook to no avail. So I have been changing endless contacts, etc. to my Goggle account.
Paypal decided it does not want to allow me to change the e-mail account... All other sites are ok with it. Just seems like a pain in the a... and I wonder if any one else on the board has had recent problems with their Hotmail. Just a kind of vent, I guess.... Grrr. It seems to be something about almost demanding I upgrade to windows 10...
Any thoughts (even just sympathy) will be appreciated.
Well, I checked on Outlook to see if that is what I should be getting into and got the message: Sorry, our services are not available at this time. We will be back up as soon as possible. So... Maybe the whole shebang is doing something. Anyway, gmail is working fine....
I have had a hotmail account for many years. I also have an Outlook account(my main mail account) and gmail account as well. I have had no issues with hotmail or my other accounts at all, and I am online at least 6 days a week. I use Windows 10 and no problems whatsoever.

Well, went ahead and made gmail my main and notified all my contacts, stores, pogo, etc. etc. Went to eat lunch. Came back and the hotmail account works just fine. What a pain. Must have been some kind of a glitch... Will just leave what is changed changed.... LOL
