I have 2 outreach visits, which I enjoy, but this group is larger than usual (for preschool kids) with developmentally delayed students. I love spending time with them, but sometimes breakdowns happen. And it takes lots of energy to keep them engaged.

Hello everyone ☺, flan's right czech is very good about remembering everyone. First Friday in a long time that I'm not busy. Babysat my little grandson, came home to a clean house, husband out of town so no cooking so I had a lean cuisine and a glass of wine and going to watch Chick flicks in my pj,s.
Picked up the boys, took the trash, and got us a burger.
Now we are home.
I'm ready for bed.

We went to the American History Museum. It was fun. Once I stopped worrying whether two of the boys I had (not mine) would wander off. Finally told them they could stick with us, or find their own way home.

So very glad that this week is over. Work was crazy, DH's aunt went into hospice and passed away, funeral was today. MIL told the rest of her kids that she wants to sell the family home that FIL bought and move to an apartment near us.
I also admitted failure with the Flex program at school. I need structured classes and classmates to bounce ideas off. So I completed that paperwork. That means that I may have to pay back the FinAid loan now instead of in the future. But I am not defeated. Next round of structured classes start in July. I may take a Statistics class at the local Community College so I don't have to take it online.
