I had two goals this week, clean out my car and spring clean my pantry. It's Friday and I haven't done either The weather has been so beautiful this week all I want to do is play outside.

I have so many pots and pans I have decided to get rid of the dog treat cabinet to house them. I feel kind of guilty. Poor abused pups.

I ordered a new cute deep fat fryer, no clue why, we rarely eat anything fired, but the d@mn thing caught my eye and I fell back into my addiction for kitchen gadgets. Kris maybe we can have a side store to flan and I's card store and sell pre-loved appliances

It's gotten to the point where I keep a pack of notecards in my purse. You can get them in the dollar bin at Michaels and they're super cute! I think notecard sending should make a comeback. Paper mail (with stamps and envelopes) should not die. It's fun and can be a definite art form!

We're supposed to send the cards places? Not keep them to pretty up the cabinet?

J/K - I use them for thank you notes, and send a card now and then just for fun. Getting a card in the mail is a treat now for people.

My parents are in Europe right now and I get a post card from every country they hit. I buy postcards when I'm travelling because the postcard photographers are better than I am!

Me too. Its a nice personal touch. I have a drawer full of very pretty blank cards that I send off to people to say thanks or just to say hi, I'm thinking of you.

I have to admit that sounds fun. I love European castles and stuff so would love to see pictures of them. Winding cobblestone streets and hidden market places, I love it. Ok I take back my original statement, I do like post cards.

I so agree, email is nice, but there is nothing like a nice card, letter etc. to hold, read and enjoy
