I am listening to Rainn Wilson's memoir, which is hilarious so far. I'll probably stop at Meijer before I go to work. We need a new light blanket for the bed.
Sorry neighbors, hope you didn't want to sleep in today! I mowed my lawn starting around 8:15.
My neighbors will mow before 7 when it's the peak of summer with 90% humidity and over 90 for out highs. I can hear it but it isn't bothersome.
I don't mind it either, kind of soothing.
But I have a fan on all the time in my room, so the outside sounds are not that bad anyway.

We're having my parents over tomorrow for a pool party. It's supposed to rain all day. Oh well. Guess we'll just have to eat inside and try to sneak out between thunderstorms.
I got so filthy today. We cleaned both the screened in porch and the patio underneath. Yuck. I've got to figure out how to keep the pollen out next year.
And weirdest thing, when I rinsed off our patio cushions, they got all soapy and bubbly. They were brand new the end of last summer, we were not using soap, I don't know why there is soap in the fabric. Did they wash them and not rinse them before boxing them up?

It was probably the waterproof coating to protect from mold and such. You now need to buy some protector to spray on since you washed them, apparently the coating was water soluble.
