An adorable very sweet and tiny kitty came to us last night. We were in the garage and heard her crying. She desperately wanted to be pet and to be inside.
She's currently hanging out in our sunroom.
Pros: adorable, sweet, friendly, loves us already. I went out through the sunroom to cut some Rosemary in the backyard. She followed me all around the yard rubbing on me anytime I stopped moving. Then she followed me right back into the house.
Cons: we have a seriously full plate right now, this may be the worst possible time to take in another pet. Also, we already have three cats.
More pros: she is a cuddle monster and purrbag, my favorite kind of cat.
More cons: four cats is too damn many.
I named her ginger ( she is a pale orange and tan with stripes and swirls). Bunny says her full name is Ginger Fluffybutt.
We already gave everyone we know a cat or two when Husband found that litter of kittens. We put a call in to the rescue where we got our last cat, they can take her. I also posted in the local lost pet page on FB and called the shelter to say we have her.
Is it crazy that I feel like she was sent to us for a reason and we should keep her? Is having four indoor cats the craziest idea I've had lately?
A flock of flirting flamingos is pure, passionate, pink pandemonium-a frenetic flamingle-mangle-a discordant discotheque of delirious dancing, flamboyant feathers, and flamingo lingo.
Oh, boy. Turns out that I am terrible at estimating cat age. She's two, just tiny.
Also, she's pregnant.
I will have kittens to give away in about 4 months.

Nah, keep em! If she has 3 or more, I think that nudges you over into crazy cat lady territory.

I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.
I'm really excited about the pending kittens. Ginger is sooo sweet and nice. I'm sure I can find a home for her kittens.
Or maybe we will just have about 10 cats.
Shh. Don't tell Husband, but I will probably have to keep one kitten.
Is five cats too many? Lol

You have no question here at all. Already you brought her into your home and, by extension, into your heart. So, you will keep her (or regret it the rest of your life if you do not.)....
Keep her - but start lining up forever homes for her kittens!
I've got 6 (feral) adult cats at our fishing camp - as soon as they hear the truck go into the carport, they come running! They know they will eat well while we are there. If I have meat left over, but not enough for a meal, I'll freeze it, and bring it down with us. Two of the adults have two kittens each - mommas are teaching the babies to come and take food from my hand. Happiness is!
