Since the team is back on campus preparing for regionals, one of the local parents has invited us all over for a pool party. So we will be headed there. Not really looking forward to it. If you have ever been slightly on edge when you take your children to an adult's home that you don't know well and were anxious about your kid's behavior -- imagine taking 35 kids. It's nerve wracking.

Her birthday is in 2 weeks but she won't be back from where ever she is going.

I had no clue until they walked in the door.

And did nephew or niece plan anything for their dad or pawpaw?

She wasn't here 3 minutes before she wanted one of Aaron's shirts cause she didn't like what she packed. I told her that was her fault, wear your own clothes.

Not that I really care if she borrows something now and then, but you packed your own crap.

I love my niece and nephew.

But they are two of the most self absorbed, entitled kids I have ever known.

I wish their mom had just let me have them when they were little.
