So, we were talking about vacations.  Are you going anywhere?

 We're going home this summer - but my home is a place where other people go to vacation.

Too much uncertainty with Wayne's job. (For the first time in 38 years, he's job hunting.)

I do hope to make it back to Ohio for a visit. Maybe in August/September.

Morale is low.

Our summer vacation starts tomorrow.  12 days, with a flight to Rochester NY, a drive to and back to Bath ME and then a flight home all to see the two Mother-in-Laws.  Fun and Exciting.  Pray for my sanity. 

As for where we actually VACATION...I live at the Beach. One of the most beautiful beaches in the country. And I have become EH to it.

Oh I agree he needs to look now before the ship sinks.  I just meant after 38 years it must be scary to be looking.  My boss is planning to retire soon & wants to sell the business.  The prospect of a new boss terrifies me if I think about it too long.

Not much in the works for us. I just spent half the fun money budget on a new iPad Pro 9.7".

I am taking MIL to Atlantic City for two night (free hotel) so she can get her beach fix in.

I think that DH will be taking a day or three to fix the leak in the bathroom.

Using my PTO to follow DD's team to regionals and hopefully nationals. Nationals are in Texas...look out Texas geeks!! I can't remember where tho. Then in August we are taking a week to drive her to college (it's 12 hours away) move her in, and then going to NYC to visit DD for a few days. Headed to the beach in FLA for 5 days the first week of October. I will be out of PTO for awhile. I wish I had a bit more, I will be bargaining with the board for an increased accumulation in be next month or so.
