it would be one thing if there were only a couple of anomalies in their past, if their behaviour other than those few events had been ethical, unimpeachable and they had truly had the interests of the country at heart but looking at their overall record stretching back decades, they have consistently shown themselves ( both through their actions and their behaviour ) to be " above the law " to be
" entitled " and to be breathtakingly selfish and self-centered

it is a sad thing that such a person could ever become the nominee of a major party in this country
