I am currently watching "Concussion," after finishing "Spotlight."
I need a comedy...STAT!
I am listening to Maggie Steifvater's "The Dream Thieves," which is the second book in the Raven Cycle. NAOW, have you tried anything by her? (She's a YA author & one of my favorites.)

I am watching a marathon of Bones reruns. I have also recently started watching celebrity game shows. I forgot how much I love game shows. Except one that I don't quite understand. I think it's called Match Game. It's one I never watched.

FWM, how are you enjoying The Tennis?
flan
No, I haven't, but I will check her out, thanks!
I am in the middle of The Fiery Cross, which is the 5th book in the Outlander series. I need to take a break and start The Butterfly Garden for Book Club.
We went to the cutest little local bookstore yesterday. DD found a few books for herself, but we only bought her one- we will go back to get another when she finishes. She got The Tiger Rising, by Kate DiCamillo. She also wanted some books from Meg Cabot's series (I think it was a series, but could have been just a lot of stand alone books). The last one looked pretty interesting, The School for Good and Evil. It's a trilogy- I think I want to read it too, lol. I had so much fun looking through the books for her age range.

It was magical. All of us were perfectly content- except the 2 year old. We will have to go back without her so we can browse in peace, lol.

Good idea, go back when you can relax. I found a really crazy little book store that specializes in metaphysical books, it smells of incense and has overstuffed chairs and a cat who loves to cuddle.
My town svcks when it comes to bookstores. We have ZERO. The town I work in has a B&N & a Christian bookstore. I would love to find a sweet little bookstore like you guys are talking about. I forgot, we also have a very large used bookstore near my office. I like it but it is huge & they don't have little places to sit & read. I think they just want you in & out quickly.
Right now I'm watching a documentary on Osama Bin Laden.
On one of the History channels.
Did you know that the 9/11 plans originally had 10 targets across America? However he decided to scale it back closer to the chosen date.
I never knew that.
Wonder what the other 5 targets were?
I can't begin to imagine.

In the middle of a Desperate Housewives . I never watched it when it was on but I really like it. It's fun and campy. Next I'm going to start Northern Exposure from the beginning. We just got a new outdoor tv we can see from the pool. I was against it at first but DH really wanted it. Seeing how I got my pool it's the least I could do but I'm finding I enjoy it. On girls night we float in our floaties with wine and binge on whatever we're watching at the time.

I also liked Top Chef Masters and I love the ones with kids. Some of those little kids are really talented cooks! We don't have regular television so I wait for whatever is good on Netflix or Hulu. It's nice never seeing commercials.
As for binge watching, I can binge an entire season, depending on the number of episodes, in a day or two.
Currently awaiting Salem and Orange is the New Black to upload the next season.
And I just started Supernatural again last night.
But this is the 3rd or 4th time I've started that one.
It'll take me a month or two to watch it.
10 seasons, 23 episodes in each except for the 3rd season. Only 16 in that season.

It is Halmark channel's Christmas in July so yesterday I watched a couple of cheesy Christmas movies.
I also watched a lifetime movie that was based on real life about a guy who owned a computer software company that made things for our government but was actually a Russian spy. At he end they said that there have been more Russian spies discovered here in the 21st century than after the cold war ended. Sort of scary.
