Happy Wednesday! Yay for your vacay! I'm OC this weekend but it's with doctors who do only emergency cases. Looks like two more weeks of upper 90's to 100 degrees. Bleh! Hottest summer in a few years.

Well for some reason, my eyes popped open around 6:45.
I was starving too.

Anyway, was going to go outside to eat.
But goodness, I opened the door and it was like opening a steam room.

My car was acting wonky on the way home last night. It was like it couldn't shift gears. I was worried about the transmission but no dash lights were on. When I pulled into the driveway & went to put it in park I saw I was in low gear. I have never done something that stupid in all my years of driving. I hope I didn't cause any damage. It seemed fine this morning so we shall see.
Hope those who are going on vacation has fun. I leave for north Carolina next week for a couple of weeks and then my husband and I will be going on our own vacation to wine country and the coast of California.

G just opened the mail and it was a pre-payment plan for a hospital stay. He was quite concerned.
So was I...until I realized that is was his daughter's mail.

Just colored my hair. Same color I've been using for years. It came out way lighter than usual! Not liking it!
I remember I wanted red hair once, and for SOME reason in my head I thought copper was red. Because the guy was like, do you want it real coppery? And I was like yeah! Pile on the copper! I left the place crying and it was totally my fault

Shop Cat is getting on the old side. She's at least 12, I'd guess.
It could be that, the summer heat is taking it's toll.
Maybe she just got dehydrated, and that's why she winced, when Wayne petted her.
Wayne just left with Shop Cat. She wasn't happy in our master suite.
I hope she'll feel better, back at the plant.
